We Offer Free Shipping

» We offer free shipping on all non returned items, and we offer free shipping on orders up to $899. A heavy goods flat rate charge of $79 will be applied to orders over $899. 

» All of our products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or freight if eligible.

» We ship only in the Continental US (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to Canada, internationally, overseas, to P.O. Boxes, personal mailboxes or to FPO & APO addresses. We do not ship to storage lockers, storage warehouses, or holding facilities. In the event your item is shipped to one of those facilities, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and/or our normal Return, Damage, and Cancellation Policy for items shipping to storage lockers, warehouses, and holding facilities will be voided.

» Items arriving by freight truck will be delivered curbside only. Please have assistance bringing items into your home.

  • After we receive your payment, your order will be processed within 24 - 48 hrs.  We will notify you when your order ships.  Your order will arrive approximately 3 -10 business days from the shipping date. Please allow for additional time if your item is oversized or arrives by freight.
  • Customer will receive an email with tracking number or shipping information.
  • Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to contact the carrier to set up delivery options.  Most packages will be left at your door. It is your responsibility to change this option if you wish to pick-up your package at the carrier's facility or set up a signature request. Designdistrict is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were verified delivered by the carrier.
  • Most freight carriers will require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect your items carefully before signing any delivery ticket. Once you sign for delivery, it confirms that your package/item was delivered without damage and a claim can not be filed. We will not accept any damage claim if a delivery ticket is signed because a signed delivery ticket is a record your item arrived with no damage. Shipping Backorders & Discontinued Items

We try to avoid carrying discontinued items by removing them from our website as soon as we get notice from the manufacturer.  On rare occasions an item can be placed on backorder or become out of stock at the manufacturer before we can update our Website. In the event you've already paid for an item and are notified it is now on backorder, it is our guarantee that you will be given an estimated delivery time. If you find the delivery time unacceptable, we will immediately issue a full refund and email you when the item is available for purchase.  

Please note: Free shipping refers to standard service on specific items within the qualified shipping areas and may only be available at certain times. Free shipping only applies to non returned items. If an item is returned for reasons other than those stated and followed in our Damage Policy, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from any refund amount.  White Glove Delivery (delivery inside your home) along with other services are options at an additional cost. Please request this service, if need, at an additional charge. Very large items which require additional shipping fees may not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping offer excludes shipping on returns, exchanges, canceled orders, re-shipments or custom orders.
