This two arm wall sconce has slimline arms made from cold rolled steel that are powder coated to a shiny black finish. The upper arm is fixed while the lower one can be moved side to side. The black shades holding one E12 40W each (not included), can be swiveled from side to side in order to direct the downward illumination. Outer cable plus plug.  Like all Serge Mouille inspired designs, this fixture is as much a work of art as a source of illumination.
